It’s that time of year again. And by “that time,” I mean the time that comes after the sufficient “Thanksgiving-pause” (5 days) in which posting about the winter holidays is not only appropriate, but encouraged.

That being said, those 5 days really took a toll on me. I suffered silently while others posted all the awkward pictures of family Christmases and holiday cards they could find. Therefore, this entry will have to span two full posts, or as I like to call it, double trouble.
