Zoobilee Zoo is an Emmy Award-winning children’s television series featuring costumed performers dressed as animal characters. 
Generally the plot of each episode consists of the main characters, called Zoobles, encountering difficulties usually common to young children (though some adults can relate to them) and then learning a moral lesson about dealing with such problems, such as being apprehensive of going to a doctor or learning to appreciate others. Each character has a certain gimmick in his behavior or interests that gives him a unique view on each problem faced.

Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego? is an American children’s television game show based on the Carmen Sandiego computer game. The program aired on PBS from 1991 until 1995. Greg Lee hosted the program in the role of “The ACME Special Agent in charge of training new recruits.” He was joined by Lynne Thigpen as “The Chief” and acapella performing group Rockapella, who served as the show’s in-house band and comedy troupe.

Marvin is a dancing brown horse with a black mane and tail who performs in Fast-Talking Jack’s carnival. He used to be in movies and on Broadway; his first big break was in the musical movie 43rd Street (a takeoff of 42nd Street), although he’s not proud of his performance in it. His hooves are tuxedo-themed and they make the tapping noises. He also wears a red bowtie around his neck. In the beginning of one of the episodes, it is taken off.
The show also includes: Stripes The Tiger, Elizabeth The Emotional Pig, Eddy Largo (Edward Larue III), Diamonds the Elephant, Fast-Talking Jack, Edna and more!

Make Way for Noddy was a British/American show which aired on PBS kids beginning in January 2005 (and the UK in 2002.) 

Noddy is a wooden boy who lives in Toyland. Although he is characterized as a child, with a child’s imagination and fears, in Toyland he also serves as the main taxi driver. He often finds himself in difficult situations due to his childlike impulsiveness and energy, but his Toy Town friends always help him set things right.
