David Trumble, award-winning artist, illustrator and cartoonist makes his OWN Disney Princesses who didn’t need the glitter, glam or a man to make their dreams come true and send positive messages.

While I’m not sure I can completely support/encourage a few of their monikers (i.e. “Holocaust Princess” for Anne Frank. Really?) I understand and appreciate the message David is trying to send children everywhere!

Who would you add to the list?

THROWBACK THURSDAY!
Jay Jay the Jet Plane takes place at the fictional Tarrytown Airport. Full of CGI characters, Jay Jay is joined by a few other younger planes, some older planes, ground vehicles and, of course, a few humans. It aired on PBS KIDS from 2001-2005.
Some say that Jay Jay was too similar to Thomas the Tank Engine… what do you think?
